TERMS OF SERVICE

• I work using PayPal or Cashapp only and will require payment upfront. If you are ordering a larger commission, I am willing to organize a payment plan for you.• If a payment plan is requested, 50% will be required before I start. 100% payment will be needed before I finish your artwork.• I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason.• I can draw any species or character. OCs, canon characters, and OC x canon are all allowed.• Only SFW commissions get posted to my main art twitter.• I will only issue a full refund if I haven't started your commission OR if I come to you first to inform you that I cannot complete your commission for whatever reason. If your commission is not complete within 6 months, you are eligible for a full refund if requested. Otherwise, you will only receive a partial if any at all depending on the commission progress.• I will not be making any major revisions in the linework after you give me the go ahead. If there is something off in the sketch, INFORM ME before I continue.• That being said, the only free revisions I will be making are coloring mistakes. 2 LINEWORK REVISION REQUESTS PER ARTWORK. Please tell me everything you need fixed all at once; use your requests wisely.- Don’t hesitate to give me a deadline! If you need the piece done before a specific date (I.e. birthday, anniversary, etc.) let me know. I’ll try to have it done by then. However, I will charge a $35 fee for rush orders requested one week before its due date regardless of what you order (sketch type exempt).• Commissioners are allowed to repost my work or use my art for banners/icons/etc. with proper credit.• Clients do not have permission to use my work for commercial use unless specified and agreed upon beforehand.• My art is not to be used for cryptocurrency or NFTS under ANY circumstances.• I still retain rights to any art I make after I give it to you, therefore your commission may be used for my own advertisements and portfolios.• Completion of your commission will typically take ~2-6 weeks depending on your order. Please be patient with me.• By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms.
